Action, Arena, Gateway

After a long time, FuelMix clicked on gayhk.com to check out the state of the saunas.  This is what he found when he clicked hksauna.com which is the home page of what is still described as the ABC(now finished) - Gateway:

1.  The describe themselves as: 

"the largest operator of men's sauna in Hong Kong, China.  The company currently has Arena and Gateway to serve you."

FuelMix says:  Yeah... in other words, HALF of what they had before - serving us badly.  Both Arena and Gateway are not getting good reviews and are smaller in size than other saunas. And apparently, no mention is made on the web site  of Action in Causeway Bay.  Is that now under different ownership..?

2.  Click on the Locations links and discover that:

"Our flagship sauna, Arena is a 24 hour non-stop hot spot too"

FuelMix says:  Um...OK..if you say so (although your Reception staff have clearly stated to the contrary)

3.  On the main page of hksauna.com they are using promotional pictures from Alexander Sauna which closed several months ago.

4.  Click on the link for Arena and the pictures cleverly disguise the reality of just how small the space is.

5.  Click on the link for Gateway and the first thing one sees is this gem:

"First gay sauna in Hong Kong!"

FuelMix says:  Really..??  Tell that to the folks at Central Escalator that's been going since 1991.

6.  Click on the link for Facilities and there are pictures of Gateway and Arena - without description or distinguishing between them.

7.  We got an uncomfortable and sinking feeling when we saw all this.
