Should I Brush My Teeth When I Get To The Sauna....?  So that my breath is all clean and fresh when I kiss that hot guy....??

NO..!!

1. It is a dangerous thing to do.
2. Brushing causes minute fissures in the gums which require a couple of hours to heal;
3. Many guys of all ages have bleeding gums when they brush their teeth.  This is a sign of gum disease.  It is more widespread than people will admit;
4. By brushing your teeth at the sauna, you are increasing the chances of infection orally (both HIV and other STDs) via the gums (i.e. via membrane and blood contact) especially if you are:

• French kissing another guy who might be infected or carrying the virus;

• Sucking his cock without a condom - exposing you to high risk of gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis through direct blood contact with your freshly brushed gums;

• Letting him cum in your mouth and his semen is infected;

• Eating his ass - exposing your freshly brushed gums to Hepatitis and other stuff; 

- and if you're playing with more than one guy, where do you think your rates of oral infection go...? 

• Brush your teeth carefully about 3 hours BEFORE YOU GET TO THE SAUNA.
• At the sauna, use a mouthwash if they have one, or bring your own, or suck a mint.
• If you have bleeding gums.......see your Dentist NOW.
• Use an antiseptic mouthwash after you finish playing with a guy.
• Reduce the amount of French Kissing you do.

(The idea for this post came last week when FuelMix saw 2 European tourists in the sauna brushing their teeth furiously after they undressed).
