There are days when FuelMix gets it dead right and elevates himself to be a Legend In His Own Lunchtime.  Having written the posts, Tit Clamps on 26 June 2010 and The New Sado-Masochism on 1 July 2010 (see below) from Asia and specifically warning fags in the West what was coming down the pike, imagine his delight when the Americans For Tax Reform website published an article on 1st July 2010 entitled, "Six Months To Go Until The Largest Tax Hikes In History:
