Gay Subliminal

It's not something that's discussed in polite company, but we suspect that (thanks to the Web) some gay men use Gay Subliminals to direct their sexual behaviour (this may be supplemented by chems and poppers).  Sometimes these subliminals are backed by an audio track in an MP3 format.

The purpose of the Subliminal is to influence the sub-conscious mind by staring at the image and/or listening to the audio.  This imparts a behavioural program that results in a real-world, trance-like compliance with the Subliminal.

TV Advertisers, music video producers have been using Subliminals for years to influence consumer and teenage behaviour.  It gave rise to that joke:

"This morning, I had a meeting with a Subliminal Advertising executive.....just for a second".
