Remember the good ol' days when white people (usually those with a nasal twang) would chat to an Asian about work and family.......?

And the Asian would say matter-of-factly that, yes, he was a college educated, financially independent working professional who was living at home with his parents and his other college educated, financially independent siblings ..........?

And the white people (usually those with a nasal twang) would recoil in horror and say, "OMG....! are you like still living at home with your Mom.....??!!  Isn't that kinda creepy......?  I mean.........what do you do when you have a date.......where do you bring them.....??  Don't you get any action....??  Just asking you understand.......Aren't you in a hurry to move out....?? I so moved out when I was [insert age]"

And the Asian would say matter-of-factly that he would bring his date home to meet his parents (just like his college educated, financially independent, working professional date would take him to their home to meet their parents)........and if they wanted some time alone, they'd check into an expensive hotel in town or head to Bali, Thailand, Taipei, Malaysia, the Philippines or somewhere in the region...........and when the time was right, he'd move out, get his own place and continue financially contributing to his parents.......?

And the white people (usually those with a nasal twang) would say, "Oh...." and the conversation would trail off..........?

We have some news for those in God's Own Country...........

According to Pew Research, 21 million young adults in the US between 18 - 31 are now living at home with their parents. This stands at a 45 year high.

Are we to assume that they're all str8....? Hardly.

Lately, there's been a lot of noise about rising home prices in the US.  That's true and some areas are seeing hard and fast price increases. While some are being bought by individuals, many were bought in bulk by Private Equity funds looking to either flip them or rent them out. (We're also seeing some of those funds dumping their houses because they discovered the renters couldn't afford them).

So fags, consider the totality of the following facts in God's Own Country as we see it (we're happy to be proved wrong) :

• Massive increase in those on Food Stamps;
• Spike in housing prices - we suspect unsustainable;
• Rising mortgage rates;
• Rising numbers of those becoming renters;
• More potential bankruptcies of cities;
• Municipal and union pension funds at risk;
• Large number of unemployed and those given up looking for work;
• Growing wealth disparity between white collar high income professionals (some fags) working in finance and banking and mid-level professionals;
• Most new jobs being created are part-time and mainly in low-level retail;

Bottom line: the numbers of those young adults staying with their parents will increase in God's Own Country.

So here's our question......why isn't Lamestream Gay Media dealing with this....? Not sexy enough? Too grim? Can't put an air brushed muscle jock on the cover to sell THAT story? Doesn't help the Pink Dollar propaganda?

We find it ironic that Asians, derided for decades by those with a nasal twang, for living at home, are now witnessing the very same phenomenon being forcibly imposed on their detractors.
