Peeping Tom Alert

If Kowloon Park wasn't already notorious enough, FuelMix has received reports from several credible sources on the street, that a Peeping Tom has been showing up at the Male toilet near the Sculpture Garden.

This guy is Chinese (whether Mainland or local is unknown) and takes up residence in the stall at one end (apparently for as long as one and a half hours). The stall gives him unrestricted views of guys using the urinals.  He locks the door but from time to time, opens the door a little and  proceeds to video or photograph the guys at the urinals.

It's disturbing and his conduct is flatly illegal.  Those who have spotted him are concerned at what he might be doing with these videos.

Toilets worldwide are hallowed grounds for gay men.  No secret there.  But this creep in Kowloon Park has crossed the line.  We simply suggest that if a person in a public toilet detects activity that gives them cause to suspect that their privacy is being, or may be, infringed, cause a scene immediately and call the Police.
