Here is an update from a reader:

Showed up on Friday Underwear Nite on 7 May around 8:45pm and was shocked.. Only a handful of guys mostly Asian with terrible attitude. 3 or 4 muscular guys but their attitude was a real turn off.  Surprisingly few people although the red and green strobe lights in the Dark Room is kinda fun and the music was ok.


Lots of standing around, no action in the big dark room at the end. Kinda sad.


There was a muscular Asian guy there who was pretty good looking. But he wanted to haggle over whether the light should be turned on or off in the private room.  Couldn't believe how petty it was. After a few minutes I just said he was wasting my time and walked out.

Was really disappointed that evening.  Read somewhere that the local gays are gathering in the saunas rather than the bars. Wasn't the case when I went and I stayed till midnite.

FuelMix says: Interesting feedback thanks. Surprising and frustrating. Haggling over a light switch is  pathetic no matter how hot the dude is.......

FuelMix noticed that Towel Club has several rooms where the vinyl mattresses are quite ripped. That can be painful given their Nude Nites.  Why the hell aren't they being changed?

At last count, there were 21 gay saunas in Very Rich Megacity. Is it a case of so many saunas, so little choice?
