I’m an overseas educated GAM living in HK. I went to QQ Fitness before your review was published and what you said about the place was correct.  Since I had not been there for a long while I dropped in on Saturday evening   about 7pm.  There were 9 GAMs there in their 20s and 30s.   Some were good looking. But I was surprised to see 5 GWMs also there.  They were in their early 30s, gym toned and quite attractive.

I recognized 2 GWMs from Central Escalator and chatted to them. They switched to QQ because they got bored with CE and felt the location was not so discreet anymore because of many people taking photos of the market stalls and old buildings that are going to be demolished..  Also CE only has 4 play rooms (actually 3 now since one has a sling in it) and it is very easy for other people to peek into the rooms which was annoying.  They said that CE was getting too many older GWMs.

They also said that Wanchai Park which is just around the corner from QQ is a good place to meet people and it is cheaper to come to QQ ($88) than go to CE ($120) and QQ is open 24 hours.

According to them, GWMs living in the Wanchai area are hearing about QQ because of price, convenience and 24 hour opening.  One of them mentioned your blog.  They are not always looking at a high class place like Alexander in Mong Kok.  They were looking for something with a little more space than CE and not that expensive.

This was the first time I had seen GWMs in QQ.  So I thought you might like to know.

That is interesting.  There are plenty of white guys living around Wanchai and some are pretty gym buffed as there’s no shortage of commercial gyms in the Garden Road, Admiralty and Wanchai areas.

At $88 bucks, QQ is the cheapest gay sauna on Hong Kong Island compared to the $120, $130 and $138 charged by other saunas in Central, Wanchai, Causeway Bay and North Point. (FuelMix is ignoring Follow Me Sauna in SoHo. That charges about $60, it is not a sauna, it has no business calling itself that and is a waste of time).

There is certainly more space in QQ than CE, both for lounging around and group action.  Also the Dark Area and the rooms are very clean.  Be warned that the porn room where one has to kneel to enter and the loft above it, have very low ceilings.  Don’t even think of standing.

Should be interesting to see if gym buffed 30 something white guys start making QQ a regular pit stop or whether your encounter was just a one off thing. Thanks for the update.
