1.  Sadly, the customer feedback for Arena, the latest sauna to have opened in town and which has only been in business a few months, is overwhelmingly negative.  Our friendly GAM-Throats-On-The-Street told us yesterday that customers  left the premises in disappointment, disbelief and disgust at what is considered to be a rip-off at HK$130.00 on weekdays; and HK$150.00 on weekends and public holidays.

2.   The main reasons:

• cramped space;
• badly designed;
• only 4 private cabins;
• frequently only 4 (usually Fugly) people there;

3.   What makes it even more sad is that we are told that every sauna manager in town is cracking up laughing and telling their customers not to waste their money in Arena.
