A Decent Proposal

With alarming frequency, FuelMix has spotted online ads placed by fags describing themselves as “decent”. Getting hard answers from these fags as to why they’re using such a word is impossible, so FuelMix will have to speculate. 

In a world of shifting alliances, questionable behaviour, cheap sex, an unhealthy lifestyle, emotional scams, and the almost pervasive drug-fucked-ness that characterizes the urban fag, could the frequent use of the word, “decent” be a sign that more fags are turning away from what was once considered the norm in Fagland? 

If they are, it wouldn’t be surprising. Gay ghettos, particularly in the West, are increasingly rundown. FuelMix has said for years that not only does it breed a certain lifestyle, but breeds a mentality that is superficial and chronically underachieving. 

Alternatively, the fag has been hurt so many times at different levels of his psyche, that the word “decent” is a shield against the generic flakes out there, without wishing to come across as stand-offish.

A third alternative is that the advertising fag never identified himself at all with the fag lifestyle.  In that case “decent” is a clear statement of the higher standards he’s expecting and to which he might be aspiring. Or else, he's just too full of himself.
